- Strong Graphic Designer Profile

- Mandatory (Experience 1) : Must have 1+ years of experience in graphic design within B2C companies working across print and digital media

- Mandatory (Experience 2) : Proven experience designing marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, banners, standees, event signage, and sponsorship assets) and digital creatives for social media and campaigns

- Mandatory (Skill 1) : Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for design execution and collaboration.

- Mandatory (Skill 2) : Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and lead-generation design principles ability to convert marketing objectives into impactful visuals.

- Mandatory (Portfolio) : Demonstrated portfolio including both print/event assets and digital/social creatives that show consistency, storytelling, and creativity.

- Mandatory (Company) : B2C product (preferred fintech)

Preferred :

- Preferred (Experience) : Experience collaborating with marketing teams for on-ground events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships (designing assets for physical presence like booths, city events, etc.).

- Preferred (Soft Skill) : Strong communication and collaboration with product, marketing, and growth teams; ability to take ownership from concept to delivery



Role & Responsibilities :



As a Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the visual identity of the brand across all consumer touchpoints. In this role, youll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering visually compelling creatives across digital, print, and video formats. Your work will influence how users perceive and engage with the brand, making creativity, precision, and consistency essential to your daily responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding marketing, content, product, and creativeto ensure that every visual asset aligns with brand guidelines and contributes meaningfully to campaign objectives.



A significant aspect of your role will involve turning ideas, briefs, and campaign narratives into eye-catching visual stories that stand out in competitive environments. You will create static graphics, videos, motion graphics, animations, and promotional visuals that effectively communicate the intended message. Your work may span social media creatives, ad banners, landing page designs, email graphics, print materials, brand assets, and short-form video content. Ensuring a unified design language and maintaining brand consistency across all these formats will be one of your critical responsibilities.



You will also be expected to leverage performance data and insights to refine your creatives. This includes analyzing CTRs, engagement metrics, and user interaction patterns to understand what resonates with the audience and what needs improvement. Your ability to merge creativity with data-driven decision-making will help you produce visuals that not only look appealing but also drive measurable results. Iterating based on feedback, experimenting with new approaches, and optimizing designs for performance will be core to your workflow.



Managing multiple projects simultaneously will be another key part of this role. You will coordinate closely with stakeholders, prioritize tasks effectively, and uphold a high standard of quality even when working under tight deadlines. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills will help you align efficiently with marketing managers, content strategists, and product teams to deliver designs that support broader business goals.



What You Will Bring :



You will bring 1- 4 years of experience in visual design, with expertise in both static and motion-based content creation.


Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is essential.


A sharp eye for composition, color harmony, layout structuring, typography, spacing, and visual aesthetics will be critical to producing impactful creatives.



Your experience should include crafting motion graphics, GIFs, Lottie animations, and short-format videos, alongside strong static design capabilities. Your portfolio should demonstrate a wide range of digital creative work, such as campaign graphics, ad creatives, brand visuals, UI-friendly graphics, and motion design samples. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently take a concept from idea to execution with minimal supervision while maintaining high creative standards.



Beyond technical expertise, you should be comfortable working with creative analytics. Understanding performance metrics and being able to iterate based on real data will be key to success in this role. This includes interpreting campaign insights, experimenting through A/B testing, and continuously adapting designs based on audience behavior and campaign outcomes.



Excellent multitasking abilities and project management skills will ensure that you can handle diverse tasks efficiently. Whether you are working on a major campaign or multiple smaller deliverables, you should consistently produce high-quality creative output while managing timelines effectively.
