Description :

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer (AWS) to help lead our cloud transformation and build the foundation of our next-generation infrastructure on AWS.

This is a hands-on engineering role with strong influence on architecture, automation, migration, and reliability.

What You Will Do :

Cloud Platform & Architecture :

- Design, build, and maintain AWS-based production infrastructure

- Architect secure, scalable environments using VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, KMS

- Build modular, reusable Terraform IaC for multiple environments

- Set up multi-account architecture, SCPs, IAM roles/policies, and environment isolation

Migration & Modernization :

- Lead and support migration of workloads from on-prem to AWS

- Re-platform applications to containers (ECS / EKS)

- Modernize legacy systems using automation, IaC, and cloud-native services

Reliability, Automation & CI/CD :

- Improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/CodePipeline)

- Automate deployments, scaling, and infra provisioning

- Strengthen reliability using SLIs, SLOs, monitoring, alerting, and incident response

- Optimize cost, performance, and availability

Observability & Operations :

- Implement and maintain observability stack

(CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, X-Ray)

- Lead root-cause analysis and drive ongoing improvements

- Troubleshoot issues across networking, compute, containers, storage, and deployments

What We Expect :

- 5-10 years of experience in DevOps / Platform / SRE roles

- Strong hands-on with core AWS services

- Deep experience with Terraform (modules, workspaces, remote state)

- Hands-on with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) or ECS/Fargate

- Experience in cloud migration (infra or application)

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation scripting

- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog)

- Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems

- Good communication and ownership mindset

- Bonus : Experience with Go/Python, Landing Zone, Java app scaling, cost optimization.
