Job Summary :

We are looking for experienced Google Dialogflow professionals with expertise in the Google Dialogflow platform, IVR systems and REST API integrations. The candidate should have knowledge of the various components of Google CCAI and experience delivering conversational/IVR solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and support conversational applications using Google Dialogflow.

- Work on IVR systems and conversational flows.

- Integrate Dialogflow solutions with enterprise systems through REST APIs.

- Work with different components of Google CCAI.

- Troubleshoot conversational, integration and production issues.

- Participate in testing, deployment and production support.

- Collaborate with business, functional and technical teams.
