About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Golang Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level software development. In this role, you will drive the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will also work closely with clients, product teams, and senior stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- Backend : Golang (5+ years)

- Frontend : React.js or Angular (3+ years)

- Database : PostgreSQL

- Cloud & Tools : AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, SES), Maven, Ant, Event Sourcing

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain medium to large-scale projects.

- Write modular, reusable, and high-quality code following TDD, code reviews, and best practices.

- Collaborate on architectural decisions and ensure proper technical documentation.

- Debug, optimize, and enhance legacy systems while building proof-of-concepts for new features.

- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of applications.

- Automate deployments, implement CI/CD pipelines, and manage manual deployments when necessary.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into projects.

- Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Analyze recurring issues, determine root causes, and implement preventive solutions.

- Promote adherence to organizational standards, culture, and best practices.

Requirements :

- Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.

- Proven track record in building and maintaining consumer applications, API services, and integration solutions.

- Expertise in delivering performant, reliable, scalable, and secure code.

- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and pixel-perfect applications.

- Proactive mindset with ownership, accountability, and initiative.
