Golang Developer - React.js

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Golang Developer with strong backend engineering expertise and hands-on frontend experience in ReactJS. This role requires a backend-focused engineer with approximately 70% contribution in Golang and 30% in ReactJS, capable of building, deploying, and maintaining scalable

production-grade applications.

The ideal candidate should have recent hands-on experience in Golang development, event-driven microservices, cloud-native architectures, and frontend integration. The candidate must be able to quickly onboard, understand business requirements, and contribute to production deployments within the first week.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development (70%) :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.

- Build and support event-driven microservices architectures with high throughput and concurrency requirements.

- Develop production-ready APIs and services with clean, maintainable, and testable code.

- Implement and manage gRPC services, including protobuf contracts, versioning, backward compatibility, and interceptors.

- Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka, AWS SQS, and SNS for asynchronous communication.

- Handle event processing patterns including idempotency, retry mechanisms, dead-letter queues, and fault tolerance.

- Work with DynamoDB for schema design, partition strategies, GSIs/LSIs, pagination, and consistency models.

- Collaborate on backend system performance optimization, scalability improvements, and debugging production issues.

- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0 and JWT.

- Build and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda and related cloud-native services.

Frontend Development (30%) :

- Develop and maintain UI components using ReactJS.

- Reuse and extend existing frontend components and design systems.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.

- Manage state handling and component lifecycle using modern React practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend bugs and integration issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong recent hands-on experience in Golang development in production environments.

- Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting live production systems.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms (Kafka, SQS, SNS).

- Expertise in Go concurrency concepts such as goroutines, channels, contexts, and synchronization.

- Strong understanding of error handling, testing, performance optimization, and clean code principles in Go.

- Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.

- Strong knowledge of DynamoDB/NoSQL databases, including data modeling and optimization.

- Experience with AWS services, especially Lambda and serverless architectures.

- Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication flows.

- 1+ year of practical experience in ReactJS.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to convert business logic into scalable technical solutions.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain architecture decisions, trade-offs, and implementation details.
