Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Go/Golang.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code.

- Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies to deploy and manage applications.

- Implement concurrent programming using goroutines, channels, and Go concurrency patterns.

- Troubleshoot performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize application reliability.

- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and ensure efficient data management.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development practices.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and engineering best practices.

- Ensure applications meet quality, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in Go/Golang.

- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented / functional programming concepts.

- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.

- Strong knowledge of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and error handling in Go.

- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

- Good understanding of distributed systems and system design.

- Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Python or other backend programming languages.

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.

- Experience with observability tools, logging, and monitoring.

- Understanding of cloud security and scalable architecture.
