Golang Developer - Distributed Systems

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Golang Developer to join our engineering team in Noida/Delhi NCR to lead the design and implementation of high-performance backend systems.

In this role, you will architect scalable microservices, optimize complex data pipelines, and ensure the reliability of our core infrastructure.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers, site reliability engineers, and senior leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

By driving architectural excellence and mentoring junior developers, you will directly influence the performance and scalability of our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities :

- Optimize existing Go frameworks and database queries to reduce latency and improve overall system efficiency for end-users.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex business logic into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices to maintain high standards of software quality

across the development lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to minimize downtime and maintain high availability for our customer base.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to design efficient data structures and algorithms to solve complex backend challenges in a high-traffic environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and mentor team members.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating technical debt.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.

- Minimum 8 to 13 years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on high-scale systems.
