Wits Innovation Lab is looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join our team in Bangalore (On-Site). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Golang, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis, with experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using GoLang.

- Design and implement high-performance, reliable, and maintainable systems.

- Work with databases like PostgreSQL to design efficient and scalable data storage solutions.

- Integrate and manage messaging systems such as Redis and Kafka for seamless communication between services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex backend issues effectively.

- Ensure backend systems meet performance and security standards.

- Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and incorporate best practices in

development.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Golang with 2+ years of experience

- Experience in writing unit and integration test cases

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and concurrency

- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
