Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Backend Engineer with 3 to years of experience in Golang and a strong passion for building scalable, distributed systems. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can quickly ramp up in new domains, solve complex technical challenges, and collaborate effectively across teams.

In addition to backend engineering expertise, the candidate should have exposure to or experience with Agentic AI systems, AI-powered automation, LLM orchestration frameworks, and intelligent workflow design.

This role will contribute to Engineering Excellence initiatives by driving technical improvements, establishing best practices, and building scalable cross-cutting solutions that create long-term value across multiple engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Engineering :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.

- Build scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.

- Design APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

- Optimize application performance, reliability, observability, and maintainability.

- Write clean, well-tested, and production-grade code.

Engineering Excellence :

- Contribute to organization-wide engineering initiatives focused on scalability, developer productivity, reliability, and operational excellence.

- Define and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

- Drive technical improvements that can be leveraged across multiple teams and services.

- Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and technical mentoring.

Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation :

- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions for engineering productivity and operational efficiency.

- Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs, multi-agent systems, and tool-calling frameworks.

- Develop autonomous agents capable of planning, reasoning, execution, and decision-making.

- Integrate AI agents with internal platforms, APIs, and business workflows.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend scalable adoption strategies.

- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails for AI-driven systems.

Required Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.

- Strong programming expertise in Golang.

- Experience building scalable backend services and distributed systems.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API design.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new domains and technologies.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
