Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager specialized in Microsoft Dynamics D365 to drive successful project delivery and operational excellence. This critical role involves managing revenue targets, client relationships, collections, and team performance while actively participating in client acquisition and solution engagement. The Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely, quality execution aligned with business goals.
Key Result Areas :
- Achieve revenue and contribution targets consistently.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Drive collections ensuring days sales outstanding (DSO) targets are met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the delivery and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead efforts to meet revenue and contribution targets for Dynamics D365 projects.
- Participate actively in client acquisition efforts and engage with prospects to contribute to solution design.
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Ensure timely collections within target DSO and manage accounts receivables effectively.
- Handle people management responsibilities including team leadership, performance reviews, and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and operational consistency.
- Track project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks impacting delivery.
Essential Qualifications & Experience :
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Delivery Management or similar roles focused on Microsoft Dynamics D365 & Business Central products.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with fluency in English.
