About the Role :

We are hiring AI Consulting Leads to drive enterprise level AI transformation by identifying automation use cases and partnering with business & tech teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of 2 to execute company wide AI transformation initiatives.

- Identify AI/automation use cases across multiple departments.

- Build AI/automation roadmaps and drive execution end-to-end.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign & optimize processes.

- Work closely with AI development teams to implement solutions.

- Break down complex business problems into structured, solvable components.

Required Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of consulting experience (Insurance domain preferred).

- MBA + B.Tech (CS/IT) from Tier-1 institutes.

Must Have Skills :

- Strong analytical & problem - solving capabilities.

- Understanding of Python, SQL, APIs, and automation concepts.

- Ability to articulate business problems and translate them into AI solutions.

- Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in Insurance (preferred but not mandatory).

- Exposure to AI/ML implementation or automation projects.

- Prior experience working in cross-functional transformation programs.
