About the Role :

We are hiring AI Consulting Leads to drive enterprise- level AI transformation by identifying automation use cases and partnering with business & tech teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead a team of 2 to execute company- wide AI transformation initiatives.

2. Identify AI/automation use cases across multiple departments.

3. Build AI/automation roadmaps and drive execution end- to- end.

4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign & optimize processes.

5. Work closely with AI development teams to implement solutions.

6. Break down complex business problems into structured, solvable components.

Required Qualifications :

1. 3-5 years of consulting experience (Insurance domain preferred).

2. MBA + B.Tech (CS/IT) from Tier- 1 institutes.

Must- Have Skills :

1. Strong analytical & problem- solving capabilities.

2. Understanding of Python, SQL, APIs, and automation concepts.

3. Ability to articulate business problems and translate them into AI solutions.

4. Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Good- to- Have :

1. Experience in Insurance (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Exposure to AI/ML implementation or automation projects.

3. Prior experience working in cross- functional transformation programs.
