We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software engineering and project management.

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects.

A deep understanding of technology, project management methodologies, and effective communication skills are essential for coordinating cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities :

- Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Team Leadership : Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of project goals, responsibilities, and deadlines.

- Technical Oversight : Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring the feasibility and alignment of technical solutions with project objectives.

- Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

- Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with financial constraints.

- Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with the overall project goals.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

- Agile Methodology : Implement and manage agile project management practices, such as Scrum or Kanban, to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- MBA from a Tier 1 college with a background in software development.

- 2+ years of experience in technical project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a startup or fast-paced environment.

- Strong technical background, with experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or related fields.

- Proficiency in project management tools (i.e. Jira, Trello, MS Project).

- Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- PMP, PRINCE2 or ScrumMaster certification is a plus
