Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of QA strategy and execution, while remaining a hands-on IC.

- Mentor junior QA engineers and guide them on automation best practices.

- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium.

- Ensure automation test coverage for functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams to maintain quality across the product lifecycle.

- Set up and optimize automated testing pipelines within CI/CD workflows.

- Continuously improve QA processes for scalability and reliability.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in any modern programming language (Java, Python).

- Must have : Experience with Playwright or Selenium.

- Solid understanding of automation frameworks and QA best practices.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail).

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to take ownership and accountability in ensuring product quality.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to API testing (Postman/RestAssured).

- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
