We are seeking a visionary and experienced Salesforce Architect who thrives on innovation and transformation. This role is pivotal in shaping technology solutions that meet the evolving expectations of todays personalized, digital-first consumer landscape. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities :


- Partner with clients and internal Globant Pods to understand market needs and translate them into robust Salesforce-based solutions.

- Own the product's architectural integrity throughout its lifecycle, ensuring design aligns with business goals and technical standards.

- Participate in solutioning, proposals, and business development activities to identify and capture new opportunities.

- Guide teams through agile processes including product vision, strategy, backlog management, release planning, and change control.

- Act as the voice of the client within the development teams, providing expert advice to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Mentor, coach, and provide regular feedback to team members, encouraging growth and continuous improvement.

- Lead strategic initiatives and innovation sessions, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery quality and client impact.

- Navigate complex requirements and dependencies to create win-win outcomes for clients and internal teams.

What We're Looking For :

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and end-to-end implementations.

- Solid business acumen with the ability to empathize with client needs and deliver value-based outcomes.

- Demonstrated success in agile product ownership or program management roles.

- Ability to lead pre-sales engagements, drive solutioning, and contribute to revenue growth.

- A servant leadership mindset leading by example, empowering teams, and being hands-on when needed.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform integrations.

- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD tools, and modern development practices.

- Familiarity with industry-specific solutions (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail) is a plus.
