Role Overview :
We are looking for an AI Engineering Lead who is obsessed with reimagining how software is built in the age of AI.
This is not a traditional engineering role. You will challenge the status quo, replace legacy development practices, and lead the transition from SDLC AI-led CDLC (Continuous Development Lifecycle).
You will work hands-on, influence senior engineers and architects, and build AI-powered systems that dramatically accelerate delivery, quality, and innovation.
What You Will Do :
Build AI-Native Applications :
- Design and develop AI-first applications using LLMs, agents, and modern AI stacks
Architect systems leveraging tools like :
- Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and similar coding agents
- Own end-to-end delivery : idea prototype production
Lead AI Adoption Across Teams :
- Drive AI adoption across architects, senior engineers, and delivery teams
Introduce best practices for :
- Prompt engineering
- AI-assisted development workflows
- Code generation, testing, and debugging via AI
Transform SDLC AI-led CDLC :
- Challenge conventional development processes
Redesign workflows to incorporate :
- AI pair programming
- Automated code reviews
- AI-driven testing and documentation
- Define and implement a Continuous Development Lifecycle (CDLC)
Be a Hands-On Leader :
- Write code, build prototypes, and experiment constantly
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and agents rapidly
- Set engineering benchmarks through execution, not just direction
Build a Culture of AI-First Thinking :
- Inspire teams to rethink how software is built
- Mentor engineers to become AI-augmented developers
- Drive mindset shift: from effort-driven outcome-driven engineering
What We Are Looking For :
Must-Have Skills :
- Proven hands-on experience building AI-led applications
Deep familiarity with :
- LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
- Coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.)
Strong understanding of :
- System design
- APIs, backend services, and modern architectures
- Experience integrating AI into real-world engineering workflows
Behavioral Traits (Non-Negotiable) :
- Self-motivated does not wait for instructions
- Builder mindset learns by doing
- Challenges authority & legacy thinking (constructively)
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Passionate about changing how software is built, not just maintaining it
Good to Have :
- Experience driving AI adoption at team/org level
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and automation pipelines
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and AI safety

- Willing to work from Noida office 34 days/week
