Job Description

About the Role :

We are hiring an Global Head of Enterprise Solutions & Digital CoE (India) to lead our multi- CoE engine-owning offerings, reusable IP/accelerators, solution governance, presales excellence, deployment, and delivery governance. You will turn CoE capabilities into market- ready offerings, win large pursuits with Sales/Presales, and ensure delivery excellence on client programs.

CoEs You Will Manage :

- Applied AI Solutions (GenAI/LLMOps, RAG, evaluation/guardrails, MLOps)

- Enterprise Automation (workflow/RPA, IDP, test automation, agentic ops)

- Data & Analytics (data platforms, pipelines, BI, ML, RWE)

- Cloud & Infrastructure / ITO (AWS/Azure/GCP, SRE, FinOps, IaC/DevSecOps)

- UX/UI & Product Design (design systems, research, accessibility)

- Product & Platform Engineering (microservices/API, integration, SDKs)

- Digital Assurance (Quality Engineering: functional, non- functional, regulated QA)

What You'll Do :

1. Offerings & Capability Build :


- Own the offerings roadmap per CoE, publish reference architectures, blueprints, price books, and delivery playbooks.

- Build reusable IP/accelerators and labs; drive certifications, partner competencies, and MDF plans.

- Run quarterly MoR: KPIs, risks, investments, and improvement actions.

2. Support Presales, Sales & New Pursuits :


- Co-lead pursuits with Sales/Presales: win themes, solutioning, estimation, staffing pyramid, and pricing guardrails.

- Govern stage - 3 bids: solution review, CPQ sign- offs, SoW/SoR integrity, and POV/demo strategy.

- Create POVs and conversion plans; track POV- win rate.

3. Deployment & Delivery Governance :


- Maintain a deployment- first CoE model (majority FTEs billable on client programs); manage utilization/bench health.

- Run delivery excellence governance : quality gates, retros/post- mortems, change- order (CO) discipline, risk/RAID, and FinOps.

- Partner with Delivery for NPS/CSAT, SLA adherence, and margin protection (at booking and in- delivery).

4. Talent & Leadership :


- Build and mentor a high- performing team of architects/SMEs; workforce planning, upskilling, and succession.

- Coach solution leads on estimation standards, security/compliance- by- design, and regulated SDLC (where applicable).

Success Metrics (KPIs) :

- Digital GTM Enablement - EXTERNAL & INTERNAL

- Deal GM at booking

- Large deal wins influenced/supported by CoEs

- Win rate on qualified bids (stage - 3)

- Client churn across CoE- led accounts

- IP/accelerator adoption (projects/proposals using approved IP/patterns)

- Billable utilization across CoE, healthy bench and certification pipeline

- Change- order (CO) capture

- POV- win conversion rate and POV throughput

- Delivery CSAT/NPS and SLA adherence

What You'll Bring :

- 15+ years in digital/engineering services with 8+ years in solution/CoE/offering leadership.

- Proven record shaping and winning large pursuits, strong estimation and pricing governance.

- Depth in two or more : Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP, IaC/DevSecOps), Data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks/BigQuery), Applied AI/GenAI & MLOps, Enterprise Automation/RPA/IDP, QE/Performance/Security, Product & Platform Engineering.

- Commercial acumen : TCV/ACV modeling, staffing pyramids, rate cards, CO discipline, FinOps.

- People leadership for 20-50+ architects/SMEs; partner ecosystem management.

- Preferred: Domain depth in Healthcare & Life Sciences or Insurance, MBA/PGDM is a plus.

Tools & Ecosystem (nice to have) :

- CRM/CPQ/PSA : Salesforce/HubSpot, Apttus/DealHub, Mavenlink/FinancialForce, ServiceNow

- Dev & Architecture : GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, Lucid/Draw.io/PlantUML

- Ops/Observability/FinOps : Grafana/New Relic, cloud cost/FinOps tooling
