In this role, you will work closely with engineering, automation, and product teams to design scalable AI architectures, develop intelligent pipelines, and enable data-driven innovation across enterprise platforms.

You will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions, leveraging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and modern data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Solution Architecture :

- Design and architect end-to-end AI and GenAI solution pipelines for enterprise applications.

- Build intelligent workflows using AI agents, LLMs, and automation frameworks.

- Define scalable architecture patterns for AI integration across software platforms and tools.

Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and current system workflows.

- Identify opportunities to enhance productivity and innovation using AI-driven solutions.

- Present architectural solutions, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes to leadership teams.

AI Development Strategy :

- Define solution milestones, development strategy, and delivery roadmap for AI initiatives.

- Design data pipelines and retrieval frameworks required to power AI models and applications.

- Establish best practices for data collection, model evaluation, and AI system optimization.

Implementation & Delivery :

- Guide engineering teams in implementing AI solutions using modern ML frameworks and APIs.

- Develop test cases, validation processes, and benchmarking methods for AI solutions.

- Monitor project progress and remove technical or data-related roadblocks.

Adoption & Optimization :

- Develop training materials and documentation to support adoption of AI solutions.

- Build dashboards and analytics to track solution performance, compliance, and usage metrics.

- Collect feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve AI solutions.

Required Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience with a Masters or PhD, or 12+ years with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Technical Expertise :

- Experience designing AI/ML and GenAI solutions for enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of :

- Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

- AI agents and automation frameworks

- Machine Learning pipelines

- Experience building data pipelines and scalable AI architectures.

- Knowledge of API development, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.

- Experience working with complex multimodal datasets.
