Deliver technical design, development and support for Oracle Bills of Material (BOM) and Work in Process (WIP) solutions to enable accurate manufacturing execution, costing and shop-floor integration.

Core responsibilities :

- Design and develop customizations, interfaces, APIs and concurrent programs for BOM and WIP processes.

- Implement integrations between WIP/BOM and upstream and downstream systems.

- Build and maintain PL/SQL packages, SQL scripts, Forms/Reports, OA Framework or Visual Builder components as required.

- Drive data migration and bulk-loads for BOMs, routings, work orders, resources and WIP transactions using APIs/FBDI/scripts.

- Create and customize transactions/validation logic for assembly, discrete/process manufacturing, backflushing, completions, and returns.

- Implement costing-related interfaces and ensure correct WIP accounting and material moves integration with Inventory/Costing modules.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform performance tuning for processing large BOM/routing datasets and transaction volumes.

- Produce technical design documents, test artifacts, deployment packages and runbooks; support UAT and hyper care.

Must-have skills :

- Hands-on technical experience with Oracle BOM and WIP (EBS R12).

- Strong PL/SQL and SQL performance-tuning expertise.

- Proven ability to develop Concurrent Programs, APIs, Interfaces, and custom reports.

- Deep understanding of BOM structures, routings, work orders, material transactions, and WIP costing mechanics.

- Experience integrating with MES/shop-floor systems and common middleware patterns (file-based, SOAP/REST).

- Strong debugging, documentation, and cross-team communication skills.
