We is seeking a highly skilled Anaplan Solution Architect / Lead Model Builder to drive the design, build, and optimization of enterprise-scale Anaplan models. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on modeling expertise, strong solution architecture skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high?performance Anaplan solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate user stories and functional design documents into robust Anaplan model builds.

- Architect, design, build, and maintain Anaplan models following standard modeling best practices.

- Create and manage modules, lists, line items, hierarchies, versions, and time settings.

- Design and develop imports, exports, actions, processes, and complex calculations.

- Build and enhance UX pages aligned with business requirements and usability standards.

- Apply best practices for performance optimization, model hygiene, naming conventions, and scalability.

- Lead and support unit testing, defect resolution, and validation activities across project phases.

- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on sprint deliverables and model standards.

- Independently build models from design specifications with minimal supervision.

- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior model builders where required.

Required Qualifications :

- 9+ years of overall IT experience.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model building.

- Certified Anaplan Model Builder Level 3 (minimum).

- Anaplan Solution Architect Certification (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of Anaplan core components including time, versions, users, hierarchies, calculations, and actions.

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Anaplan implementations.
