Gleecus TechLabs - Technical Consultant - Infor M3

Role : Infor M3 Technical Consultant.

Location : India / Remote.

Experience : 28 Year.

Industry : AgriTech (preferred).

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Infor M3 including system logs, interfaces, workflows, and platform tools.

- Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, job queues, and technical integrations using Infor ION, MEC, and Smart Office.

- Manage user access, roles, and security within M3 and related platforms.

- Analyze and resolve issues with custom scripts, personalizations, or API-based interfaces.

- Collaborate with cross-regional teams to ensure uptime, performance, and resolution of production issues.

- Participate in minor technical enhancements, patch validations, and configuration changes.

- Support job scheduling, exception monitoring, and system alerts.

- Maintain and update technical SOPs, issue logs, and scripts in shared documentation repositories.

Required Technical Skills :

- 39 years of hands-on experience in Infor M3 ERP Technical Support or Development.

- Proficiency in tools such as: Infor Smart Office (M3 H5/Smart Client), Infor ION, MEC, Mongoose framework, scripting, and job automation.

- Experience with interface troubleshooting and API integrations.

- Familiarity with AS400 (iSeries) environments and DB2, especially if integrated with M3.

- Experience working with development/test/prod environments, job movement, and environment refreshes.

- Strong understanding of user provisioning, access roles, and environment configurations.
