Responsibilities :

- Design and develop applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.

- Customize and configure ITSM modules Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

- Build and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer logic.

- Design Service Catalog items, workflows, and approvals.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.

- Participate in the implementation of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping (if applicable).

- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance.

- Ensure adherence to coding and security standards across the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, admins, and business analysts.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and ITIL/ITSM processes.

- Proficient in JavaScript, GlideRecord, UI Actions, and ServiceNow APIs.

- Experience developing catalog items, custom applications, and portal widgets.

- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Notifications, and Reports.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices
