Job Description :

We are partnering with a global organization in the AgriTech and Supply Chain sector to build a dedicated Infor M3 Support & Maintenance Team.

This is a critical system for their global operations, and we're assembling top talent to support and stabilize their ERP environment across the US and India.

As part of the M3 Support Team, you will work on issue resolution, configuration support, system monitoring, and interface troubleshooting across multiple M3 modules.

You'll be part of a cross-functional, cross-regional support setup to deliver 24x5 operational coverage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 support for Infor M3 ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, etc.)

- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Infor M3, Smart Office, ION, and MEC

- Monitor batch jobs, system health, and third-party integrations

- Collaborate with business users and Infor's global support for escalations

- Document recurring issues and contribute to support SOPs and knowledge base

- Support, enhance, and maintain business-critical applications running on IBM iSeries (AS/400).

- Modify and write programs using RPG III/IV, CL, and DB2/400.

- Analyze and resolve issues in batch jobs, user interfaces, and reports.

- Work with business analysts to interpret requirements and map them to existing legacy logic.

- Document application logic for knowledge transfer and modernization efforts.

Required Qualifications :

- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Infor M3 support or implementation

- Expertise in one or more M3 functional areas : Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Procurement

- Strong working knowledge of Infor Smart Office, ION, and MEC

- Ability to troubleshoot system issues, manage job queues, and interface problems

- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working across time zones

- Exposure to legacy platforms like VAX/VMS or AS/400, especially if still integrated with M3.

- Experience in AgriTech, Agri-business, or Supply Chain domain.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes, ServiceNow, or other ITSM tools.
