Job Description :

At GKM IT, we are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer - Senior I to join our team. The ideal candidate will create clear, user-friendly documentation that supports our technology products and enhances user experience. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver content that is accurate, accessible, and aligned with product goals.

Requirements :

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-driven environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Ability to write clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences

- Experience documenting APIs and using tools such as Swagger or Postman

- Proficiency in documentation tools like Markdown, Confluence, and Git

- Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SDLC)

- Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA

- Ability to create and maintain technical content including user guides, installation manuals, API references, and release notes

- Skill in translating complex technical information into concise, easy-to-understand documentation

- Strong collaboration skills to work with developers, product managers, QA engineers, and support teams

- Consistency in tone, formatting, and structure across all documentation

- Experience managing and organizing documentation repositories

- Contribution to developer portals, onboarding materials, and internal knowledge bases

- Ability to provide in-app content support such as tooltips, field descriptions, and help texts
