- 5 to 8 years of total IT industry experience, with at least 5 years in GIS solution
- Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop and related tools
- Thorough understanding of Esri ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing (APR) and Utility Network (UN) concepts, including subnetworks, containment, structural and non spatial associations, linear referencing rules, and event behavior.
- Hands on experience in configuring and managing APR networks and Utility Networks, including creating LRS networks, managing routes and events, and building Utility Network models using ArcGIS Pro.
- Experience in data mapping of utility data to the UN model.
- Ability to identify and rectify data quality issues for accuracy and reliability.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and spatial data management.
- Knowledge of electric/gas utility workflows and data models.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with business users and technical teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and data management practices.
- Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations with hands on Functional and deployment experience in GIS.
- Familiarity with GIS Product Architecture, Esri ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, Data Model, web services, python scripting.
- Strong experience with Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and Utility Network migration projects.
- Good interpersonal communication and analytical ability
- Strong soft skills required
- Ready to travel to client locations as needed
