Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ArcGIS Technical Specialist to design, develop, implement, and maintain GIS applications and enterprise geo spatial solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and web-based GIS platforms, along with expertise in Python automation, geo databases, and spatial data management.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality GIS solutions while adhering to Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain GIS applications and tools using ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise.

- Develop custom Python (ArcPy) scripts and GIS tools to automate workflows and geoprocessing tasks.

- Build and maintain ArcGIS Pro Desktop Add-ins using the ArcGIS Pro SDK.

- Develop and support web-based GIS applications using the ArcGIS API for JavaScript and modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Create, publish, and manage map services and feature services within ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Enterprise environments.

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise geo databases, including versioned datasets.

- Configure and administer ArcGIS Server, including deployment, security, and performance optimization.

- Perform GIS data validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Design and optimize database schemas and write efficient SQL queries for spatial and non-spatial data.

- Work independently while proactively managing time, priorities, and deliverables to meet project timelines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile Scrum environment to deliver iterative and high-quality solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :

- 3- 8 years of hands-on experience in GIS application development and support.

- Strong experience with ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise.

- Proficiency in Python (ArcPy) for GIS automation and geo processing.

- Experience in ArcGIS Pro SDK and desktop add-in development.

- Strong expertise in ArcGIS API for JavaScript and modern web technologies (React/Angular).

- Experience with enterprise geo databases using MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.

- Solid understanding of database design, SQL, and spatial data management.

- Hands-on experience in Geo database administration and ArcGIS Server configuration.

- Experience in developing and testing routines to ensure GIS data quality and accuracy.

- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have (Optional) :

- Experience with cloud-based GIS deployments.

- Exposure to CI/CD practices for GIS applications.
