- As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include understanding requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with to execute it

- The product manager has a huge role to play in shaping how education will be delivered online currently and in the future.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams consisting of Designers, Developers and Data Engineers.

- Forming Vision, goals, product strategy and prioritized product roadmap for targeted business segments

- Own and execute collection, description, analysis, synthesis and prioritization of new product functionality, providing recommended action to management.

- Identify gaps in core product functionality, help build the right set of features and track adoption for the same

- Work closely with the engineering team and others in the Product team to help scope, plan, and execute on planned product commitments, new product capabilities and services

- Leverage data insights merged with qualitative user feedback to prioritise the right set of problems and build user-centric product features to test your hypothesis.

- Demonstrate product features, business challenges and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

- Define clear and well-scoped requirements and usability documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences

Job Requirements :

- B. Tech or BE in computer science or experience as a Software Engineer, Designer or start-up Founder (MBA preferred)

- 3+ years or more working as a Product Manager

- Ability to make data-driven informed decisions

- Deep understanding and empathy for the customers

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
