Role : Senior Staff Engineer - Cybersecurity

Experience : 10-12 years

What Youll Own :

- Monitor and enhance GigSkys security posture across networks, servers, cloud, user devices, platform, and codebase

- Identify high-impact areas for security improvement, design solutions, and drive implementationsolo or cross-functionally

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through audits, documentation, and process enforcement

- Lead incident response, attack analysis, and security alert triage

- Conduct proactive recon, pen tests, and vulnerability scans on public-facing infrastructure

- Perform security reviews at the design stage of new features to embed security early

- Educate and guide employees on secure computing practices with empathy and clarity

- Collaborate in a culture where security is taken seriouslyand supported from the top

What You Bring :

- Proven expertise in at least two technical areas of cybersecurity (e.g., threat hunting, reverse engineering, red/blue teaming)

- Hands-on problem solverready to fix, not just flag

- Strong OS fundamentals in Linux or macOS; Android/iOS exposure is a plus

- Solid grasp of networking and web protocols

- Experience answering enterprise security RFCs and supporting regulatory inquiries during incidents

- Bonus : Familiarity with Cisco firewalls/routers; CCNA minimum, CCNP preferred
