About The Role :
We are seeking a skilled GIAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in One Identity Manager (1IM) to manage, support, and optimize our Identity & Access Management (IAM) ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring secure user access, system integrity, and compliance across our hybrid infrastructure landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and support One Identity Manager platform and tools (Object Browser, Job Queue, Sync Editor).
- Manage IAM integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and report issues preand post-IAM release cycles.
- Handle performance tuning of IAM tools and supporting infrastructure.
- Support identity lifecycle management and service integrations.
- Collaborate with global project and operations teams during release and testing phases.
- Manage incidents, changes, and problems within IAM infrastructure.
- Maintain up-to-date IAM process documentation and operating procedures.
- Work with tools like JIRA for task and issue management.
Required Experience & Qualifications :
- 4-8 years of experience in enterprise IT, focused on IAM systems like One Identity.
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory (multi-forest), IIS, and MS SQL Server.
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP) and understanding of infrastructure components.
- Exposure to DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, pipelines) and IaC.
Preferred Certifications & Skills :
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
- Cloud platform experience Azure, AWS (certifications are a plus).
- Microsoft certifications in infrastructure or cloud.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and secure DevOps environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
