About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced GhostDraft Developer to join our document automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the GhostDraft platform and a solid understanding of dynamic document generation, business rule integration, and data-driven content creation. This role involves working closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to build scalable, compliant, and efficient document templates for enterprise environmentsparticularly in insurance and financial services.

Key Responsibilities :

GhostDraft Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain document templates using GhostDraft Studio.

- Configure and manage templates, forms, layouts, and business rules within the platform.

- Implement automation logic for document generation using structured data sources.

- Collaborate with business analysts to capture and convert content requirements into functional templates.

- Ensure all documents comply with branding, regulatory, and legal standards.

Integration & Technical Collaboration :

- Work with development and integration teams to enable seamless connectivity with policy administration systems, CRMs, or other backend platforms.

- Support database and API integrations for real-time or batch document generation.

- Assist in testing and deployment of GhostDraft components in various environments.

Support & Maintenance :

- Troubleshoot and resolve document generation issues and formatting inconsistencies.

- Provide ongoing enhancements to existing templates to meet evolving business needs.

- Monitor and optimize performance of document workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in GhostDraft Studio.

- Proficiency in template design, scripting (JavaScript), and automation logic in GhostDraft.

- Strong understanding of document lifecycle, formatting, compliance requirements, and version control.

- Experience integrating GhostDraft with external systems using APIs or web services.

- Good problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- GhostDraft Studio certification (preferred but not mandatory).

- Familiarity with other document automation tools such as SmartCOMM, Documaker, or Thunderhead.

- Working knowledge of insurance or financial services domains.

- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps processes.
