GeoIQ - Project Manager - AI & Data System

Description :

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering AI and data-driven projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, data science teams, and engineering teams, ensuring smooth project execution and clear communication.

Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business.

- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

- Ensure adherence to agile/scrum or hybrid project management methodologies.

- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to leadership and clients.

- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning.

- Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal processes.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AI, ML, or tech-driven environments.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and AI/ML project workflows.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model deployment.

- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.

- Experience working with global or cross-functional teams.
