Description :

We're looking for a Product Manager (Ops-Tech) to join our Store Growth Pod, a team focused on improving performance across existing stores using automation and data intelligence. In this role, you'll build internal tools, automate data workflows, and drive insights that help business and retail teams make faster, smarter decisions.

Responsibilities :

- Build and own Agentic and data-driven systems that improve same-store sales performance.

- Partner with Data Engineering to automate data pipelines for store metrics such as sales, footfall, and staffing.

- Develop internal tools and dashboards that surface actionable insights for retail and operations teams.

- Identify manual processes and design automations to replace them with scalable workflows.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, tech, and analytics to define requirements and ship impactful solutions.

- Track the business impact of every product initiative through clearly defined metrics.

Requirements :

- 4 - 7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Ops-Tech, Growth, or Data Platform roles.

- Strong foundation in data and analytics, able to work with SQL, BI tools, and API integrations.

- Understanding of data engineering workflows and experience defining data requirements for pipelines.

- Hands-on coding or scripting experience (Python, SQL, or similar) is a strong plus.

- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or operations technology is highly preferred.

- Excellent analytical thinking, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
