As the Lead Data Scientist, you will build upon your foundational data science skills to guide the team in creating and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance and support in solving complex business problems through data-driven insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and align data science initiatives with business requirements.

- Oversee the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large-scale datasets, ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis.

- Drive the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and predictive models to optimise decision-making processes.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis, exploratory data analysis, and statistical hypothesis testing to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

- Utilise advanced statistical techniques and mathematical modelling to predict outcomes and identify relationships between variables.

- Lead the creation and maintenance of data pipelines and automation processes for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.

- Oversee the building and deployment of data-driven dashboards, visualisations, and interactive reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Continuously monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and fine-tune models to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models seamlessly into production systems.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in Python.

- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience as a Data Scientist, with a minimum of 1 year of team handling experience.

- Proven experience in building machine learning models.

- Proficiency in SQL.

- Knowledge of statistical techniques.

- Experience working with Spatial Data is an added advantage.
