About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced .NET Architect with 8 - 15 years of experience in backend engineering and cloud-native application development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in .NET/C#, AWS Serverless, Lambda, Kafka, DynamoDB, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.

You will be responsible for defining technical architecture, driving engineering best practices, mentoring development teams, and building scalable, secure, and highly reliable backend solutions.

Key Result Areas :

- Define and drive the technical architecture for scalable .NET and AWS serverless applications.

- Lead the design and development of AWS Lambda, Step Functions, Kafka/MSK, SQS, and DynamoDB based solutions.

- Ensure applications meet standards for performance, scalability, availability, security, and maintainability.

- Establish best practices for API integration, event-driven architecture, data pipelines, error handling, logging, and observability.

- Drive implementation of Kafka/AVRO/Schema Registry standards, schema evolution, and reliable message processing.

- Ensure robust idempotency, deduplication, retry, backoff, and fault-tolerance mechanisms across distributed systems.

- Provide technical guidance through architecture reviews, code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

- Mentor and guide developers on engineering best practices and cloud-native development.

- Ensure effective unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices.

- Drive secure handling of credentials, PII, encryption, and sensitive data across cloud applications.

- Identify and resolve complex technical and production issues while continuously improving system reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
