Key Responsibilities:

User Experience (UX) Design:

- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.

- Advocate for the user throughout the design process.

User Interface (UI) Development:

- Develop and maintain UI components and libraries.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Optimize UI performance for speed and scalability.

- Stay up to date with the latest UI technologies and trends.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to stakeholders.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Contribute to the development of UI/UX best practices and standards.

Innovation and Best Practices :

- Contribute to the innovation of new products and features.

- Promote and establish UI/UX best practices.

Technical Expertise :

UI/UX Design Tools : Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.

Front-end Development : Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

Responsive Design : Experience designing and developing responsive user interfaces for various devices and screen sizes.

Design Systems : Experience creating and maintaining design systems and style guides.

User Research : Familiarity with user research methodologies.

AI and Emerging Technologies :

- Interest in exploring and experimenting with new technologies.

- Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices for AI applications.
