Role & responsibilities :

- Designed & built call flows using Architect

- End-to-end development , build , deploy , test , support

- API Experience in REST API / backend integrations, CI/CD Exposure

- Work with enterprise customers (BFSI, telecom, automotive)

- Genesys Cloud CX

- Flow Development (Architect)

- IVR + Contact Centre routing logic

- Handling customer requirements

- Trouble-shooting & enhancements

- Good spoken communication

- Strong hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud)

- Architect flow development inbound & in-queue call flows

- IVR customization and routing logic design

- Client-facing capability and good communication skills

Good to Have :

- CI/CD exposure (GitHub, Terraform, pipelines)

- Understanding of SIP/RTP basics

- Exposure to BFSI/Telecom environments

- MidSenior Level Developer

- 5- 8 years total experience

- Minimum 2 years hands-on in Genesys Cloud CX development

- Worked on Genesys PureCloud / Cloud CX

- Flow development in Architect (Inbound & In-Queue workflows)

- IVR customization and contact routing logic

- Scripting/programming (JavaScript / NodeJS / Python / C#)

- REST API integrations (JSON, tokens/webhooks)

- CI/CD exposure (bonus)

- End-to-end development , design , build , deploy , test , support

- Enterprise customer experience (BFSI / Telecom / Automotive ideal)

- Requirements handling + solution ownership

- Troubleshooting + performance tuning via CX Insights/logs

- 2- 3+ production deployments completed

- Good communication, client-facing capability
