About the Role :
We are looking for highly skilled Genesys Designers to create, configure, and implement end-to-end contact center solutions.
This role involves designing interactive voice response (IVR) flows, chatbot conversations, and integrating multiple digital communication channels.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless user journeys that align with customer experience goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and configure Genesys Cloud flows, routing strategies, and agent workspaces.
- Develop advanced IVR solutions with Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) for improved self-service capabilities.
- Integrate popular social media and messaging platforms such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Twitter into the contact center environment.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs for real-time customer data access.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of all implemented flows.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills :
- Genesys Cloud CX : Expertise in call flow design, queue configuration, and digital channel setup.
- API Integration : Strong experience connecting Genesys with CRM, ticketing, and data platforms.
- Social Media Integration : Skilled in connecting and maintaining social platforms within customer experience workflows.
- IVR Development : Proficient in building intelligent and user-friendly IVR journeys.
Soft Skills :
- Creativity : Ability to craft engaging and efficient customer journeys.
- Problem-Solving : Quickly identify and resolve complex integration issues.
- Communication : Clear documentation and explanation of designs for stakeholders.
