- Hands-on experience and/or strong working knowledge of the Genesys Cloud platform, including key functionalities, configurations, and administration tasks.
- Genesys Cloud Certification is highly preferred, demonstrating validated proficiency and platform understanding.
- Experience and working knowledge of APIs, including API integrations, troubleshooting, and leveraging APIs for process automation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify issues quickly and propose effective solutions.
- Basic programming skills with a solid understanding of programming logic, data types, and general software workflows.
- Good understanding of WebRTC and SIP protocols, including their role in communication platforms and call flows.
- Basic end-user network troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose connectivity or performance issues.
- Basic knowledge of Wireshark for packet analysis, network diagnostics, and identifying communication-related issues.
- Prior desktop applications support experience, handling software installations, configurations, and user-level support.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong capability to work independently, analyze data, and recommend appropriate actions with minimal supervision.
- Resolution-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and
stakeholder interaction.
- Strong documentation skills, ensuring clear, structured, and detailed recording of processes and solutions.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, across technical and non-technical audiences.
