Responsibilities :
- Client Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, effectively managing relationships and expectations through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- NLU IVR Development : Design, develop, and implement Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems using Genesys Dialog Engine flows.
- Integration : Utilize your understanding of API concepts to integrate third-party systems and services into Genesys IVR flows using Data Actions.
- Documentation & Training : Create comprehensive training materials and handover documents for clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Genesys Cloud platform.
- Genesys Expertise : Deep functional and technical knowledge of Genesys Cloud, including its core features and capabilities.
- Client Management : Proven ability to effectively manage client relationships and conduct stakeholder interactions.
- Workshop Facilitation : Experience in leading discovery workshops and eliciting detailed project requirements.
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of contact center infrastructure and the ability to perform a thorough Fit-Gap analysis.
- Development Skills : Hands-on experience with NLU IVR development using Genesys Dialog Engine flows and integrating APIs via Data Actions.
- Soft Skills : Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Project Lifecycle : Experience in managing deployment, releases, and enhancement requests.
