Job Title : Genesys Cloud Architect / Developer

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Cloud Architect / Developer with deep expertise in Genesys Cloud (PureCloud), Iframe UI Development, and Salesforce integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end contact center solutions, integrating cloud services, and optimizing workflows for scalability, performance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Architecture & Design :
- Architect, design, and implement scalable Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) solutions tailored to enterprise contact center needs.
- Develop solution blueprints and design documents covering application, data, and integration architecture.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
- Lead connectivity and integration designs between Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
Development & Automation :
- Develop and manage Iframe-based UIs for seamless agent and customer interactions within Genesys and Salesforce environments.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of cloud resources using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Create scripts, APIs, and custom workflows for service orchestration and operational
automation.
- Integrate Genesys Cloud management tools with internal systems (e.g., monitoring, billing, and reporting tools).
Integration & Implementation :
- Implement secure and efficient integrations with Salesforce, CRM systems, and third-party APIs.
- Configure and manage Genesys Cloud Virtual Network environments, ensuring high
availability and data protection.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external data protection, HA, and BCP standards.
Quality & Delivery :
- Perform hands-on coding, testing, and debugging of modules.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, flowcharts, and deployment plans.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery reviews.
Customer Interaction & Support :
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for project stakeholders and clients.
- Capture and analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure timely responses, clear communication, and exceptional service delivery to customers.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to junior developers and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Experience :
Mandatory :
- Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) architecture and development.
- Iframe UI Development experience for contact center applications.
- Salesforce integration experience (highly preferred).
- Proven experience in designing, architecting, and deploying scalable cloud-based solutions.
- Strong scripting/automation experience using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Expertise in managing cloud networking, identity, and access management.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Nice to Have :
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps tools, and monitoring frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.
- Prior experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
Education :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
