Job Responsibilities :

Comprehensive IT Infrastructure and Security Strategy :

- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Define and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for IT systems, networks, and data.

Infrastructure Design and Optimization :

- Design, deploy, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-availability on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

- Build solutions for managing large datasets and addressing high computational requirements.

- Drive adoption of cloud and hybrid IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration with on-premise systems.

Performance Monitoring and Risk Mitigation :

- Use monitoring tools to ensure reliability, optimize performance, and address issues proactively.

- Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and security audits to mitigate cybersecurity risks.

Budget and Vendor Management :

- Oversee IT budgets, optimize expenditures, and manage vendor relationships for cost-efficient infrastructure.

- Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies to enhance protection

Team Leadership and Collaboration :

- Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to align IT infrastructure with organizational needs.

Data Security and Compliance :

- Establish robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).

- Oversee the design and implementation of secure IT architecture, including firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.

Incident Response and Business Continuity :

- Develop and regularly test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

- Lead the organizations response to security breaches and cyber incidents.

Security Awareness and Culture :

- Develop and lead security awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.

- Foster a culture of security across all levels of the organization.

Innovation and Emerging Technologies :

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate innovations to improve infrastructure capabilities.

- Implement advanced tools and techniques to enhance IT infrastructure and security operations.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, processes, and performance metrics.

- Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience :

- B. Tech / B.E and Any IT Graduates

- 15-20 Years

Required skills :

- Proficiency in managing enterprise IT systems, including servers, storage, and networking components.

- Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including managing hybrid cloud environments.

- Advanced knowledge of network architecture, VPNs, firewalls, and cybersecurity frameworks.

- Expertise in virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience in designing and maintaining disaster recovery systems, including backup and recovery tools.

- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data storage optimization.

- Strong understanding of ITIL principles for service management and delivery.

Soft Skills :

- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and drive productivity.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to align IT strategies with long-term business objectives.

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNP or cloud-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).

- Knowledge of AI/ML, block chain, and edge computing to explore innovative solutions for IT infrastructure.

- Familiarity with GIS technologies and workflows for companies leveraging geospatial data in their operations.

- Masters Degree in Infrastructure Management or General Management
