Genesys AI Developer :

- Design and implement AI-powered conversational experiences in Genesys Cloud

- Build, train, and optimize virtual agents using Genesys Dialog Engine or third-party NLP platforms

- Integrate bots with backend systems via REST APIs

- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to understand business use cases

- Monitor bot performance and iterate for continuous improvement

- Ensure best practices in AI bot lifecycle management and data privacy

Must Have (Primary) Skills :

- Genesys Cloud CX with Genesys Dialog Engine (GDE) or Genesys DX

- Bot and NLP development using Genesys AI tools

- Experience in building Conversational IVR, chatbots, and voicebots

- Integration with third-party NLP engines like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson

- Strong knowledge of Genesys Architect Flows and call routing

- Hands-on experience with Bot Flows, Intents, Slot Filling, and Training datasets

Good to Have (Secondary) Skills :

- Python/JavaScript for custom logic in bot integrations

- REST APIs for system integrations

- Experience with Google Cloud/AWS for deploying AI services

- Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) APIs

- Experience with CRM and backend integrations (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
