We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gen AI Workflow Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, agentic workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically integrating with Azure's Generative AI services. This role requires a blend of enterprise application development expertise and deep hands-on experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI. The engineer will be instrumental in creating modular, secure, and scalable solutions, focusing on advanced prompt engineering and orchestration logic to drive business process automation and enhance conversational user experiences.

Job Description :

Generative AI and Agentic Workflow Development :

- Lead the design and implementation of complex, agentic workflows and automation sequences within Power Automate (Flows), orchestrating multiple actions, services, and human handoffs.

- Utilize Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) to architect sophisticated conversational user experiences, define complex dialogue flows, and integrate back-end data sources for dynamic responses.

- Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to maximize the accuracy, relevance, and efficiency of responses generated by Azure OpenAI Service and other large language models (LLMs).

- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns using various data indexing and retrieval methods to ground LLM responses in proprietary enterprise data.

- Design and develop dynamic, cross-platform UI elements using Adaptive Cards to embed rich, actionable AI interactions directly within Teams, Outlook, and custom applications.

Power Platform and Enterprise Integration :

- Develop custom, data-driven applications and portals using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) that embed and leverage Generative AI capabilities seamlessly.

- Establish robust and secure connectivity between Power Platform solutions and critical enterprise data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and internal/external REST APIs.

- Utilize the Microsoft Graph API to integrate workflows with productivity data across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g., mail, calendar, user profiles) for contextually rich AI operations.

- Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security and governance standards, including data loss prevention (DLP) policies and secure credential management.

Data Integration and AI Reporting :

- Leverage Microsoft Fabric to create and manage data pipelines and develop custom Fabric Data Agents that support AI-driven insights and automated data preparation for RAG.

- Develop custom connectors within the Power Platform to integrate with niche or proprietary enterprise services not covered by standard connectors.

- Integrate and manage Copilot in Power BI features, embedding generative AI functionality directly into reporting workflows for natural language data querying and visualization creation.

- Design and implement monitoring, logging, and performance metrics for AI workflows to ensure reliability, track token usage, and manage operational costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Mandatory 5 - 10 years in enterprise application development, with a minimum of 2 - 3 years hands-on experience focused on the Microsoft Power Platform.

- AI/LLM Experience : Proven hands-on experience with Azure Open AI Service, advanced prompt engineering, and practical implementation of RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) architectures.

- Architecture : Strong grasp of agentic workflows, conversational UX design principles, Adaptive Cards development, and complex orchestration logic.

- Integration : Expertise in integrating Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, external REST APIs, and the Microsoft Graph API.

- Tools : Mandatory experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Agents, pipeline creation, and custom connector development.

- Methodology : Proven ability to design modular, scalable, and secure AI solutions with enterprise-grade governance; experience in agile methodologies and iterative prototyping.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications : Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, or related certifications.

- Coding : Proficiency in C# or TypeScript for developing custom connectors, advanced logic within Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), or Azure Functions.

- Front-End Development : Experience with front-end technologies like React or Angular for building highly customized user interfaces for embedded Power Apps.

- Testing : Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and methodologies specifically for Power Automate flows and Copilot Studio conversational agents.

- Azure Services : Practical experience with other relevant Azure components such as Azure Cognitive Search for indexing RAG data and Azure Functions for custom code execution.
