About the Role :

We are looking for a Generative AI Content Specialist (Video/Voice) who can bring ideas to life using cutting-edge AI tools for multimedia creation.

In this role, youll be responsible for building scalable, automated pipelines for AI-generated video and voice content that supports internal training, marketing, and client communication.

You will collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to craft personalized, high-impact storytelling using AI platforms like HeyGen, RunwayML, Pika Labs, Synthesia, and ElevenLabs.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creative storytelling with technical automation skills, and is passionate about leveraging AI for scalable content production.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Video and Multimedia Creation :

- Design and produce explainer videos, client content, and internal training materials using AI-driven tools such as HeyGen, RunwayML, Pika Labs, and Synthesia.

- Develop custom avatar-based videos and dynamic visual storytelling experiences powered by generative AI.

- Manage the full lifecycle of AI video production from scripting to rendering and post-processing.

Voice Synthesis and Audio Automation :

- Generate high-quality voiceovers using ElevenLabs, Play.ht, or similar text-to-speech platforms.

- Customize and fine-tune synthetic voices to match brand tone and audience requirements.

- Integrate voice generation into automated pipelines for personalized and localized content delivery.

Automation & Workflow Integration :

- Build and maintain video/audio generation pipelines using Lovable, GPT Assistants, or custom Python scripts.

- Automate repetitive multimedia tasks through Zapier, n8n, or Lovables automation layer.

- Integrate AI models (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini 1.5) to script, summarize, and generate contextual multimedia content from structured datasets or financial data.

Collaboration & Personalization :

- Partner with marketing and product teams to scale personalized content experiences for clients and stakeholders.

- Use prompt engineering and dynamic data inputs to generate tailored scripts, visuals, and voice outputs.

- Ensure all AI-generated content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and communication standards.

Required Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital content creation, video production, or AI-based media generation.

- Proficiency with AI video tools (HeyGen, RunwayML, Pika Labs, Synthesia) and voice synthesis platforms (ElevenLabs, Play.ht).

- Strong hands-on experience with Python scripting, Zapier, n8n, or Lovable for automating content workflows.

- Demonstrated ability to design text-to-video and text-to-voice content flows.

- Understanding of AI model scripting using GPT-4o, Claude, or Gemini for creative storytelling.

- Familiarity with avatar customization, voice cloning, and dynamic content rendering
