Key Responsibilities :

- Architect technical solutions for the platform's middle tier and integration layers based on user requirements.

- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle : requirements, design, modeling, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.

- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, Documentation, and Support for seamless releases.

- Evaluate solution feasibility through analysis and problem definition.

- Develop deep domain knowledge of platform modules and demonstrate end-to-end use cases.

- Drive innovation by exploring and recommending emerging technologies.

- Define and uphold development standards and best practices.

- Mentor and empower team members.

What Were Looking For :

- 7+ years of software development experience.

- Strong Python skills : design patterns, data structures, and algorithmic problem-solving.

- 35 years of experience building and maintaining critical platform services.

- Expertise in Microservices and event-driven architecture.

- Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with AWS cloud services, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Passion for experimenting with new technologies and rapid prototyping.

- Exposure to Gen AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor).

Nice to Have :

- Understanding of prompt engineering, tokenization, and vector embeddings.

- Familiarity with LLMs and ML libraries such as PyTorch and HuggingFace.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
