Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Graduate to join as a Generative AI Team Lead, responsible for driving the end-to-end development and delivery of advanced AI solutions.

This role involves designing scalable Generative AI architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building production-grade AI systems using modern open-source frameworks.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and API-driven architecture, along with proven leadership experience in delivering AI projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI/Generative AI solutions (RAG pipelines, AI agents)

- Build scalable APIs and backend systems for AI applications

- Develop and optimize prompts and LLM workflows

- Lead end-to-end project delivery from concept to production

- Create solution proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and architecture designs

- Mentor team members and drive engineering best practices

- Translate business problems into effective AI-driven solutions

- Ensure awareness and implementation of deployment practices (Docker/Kubernetes)

Technical Qualifications (Essential) :

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Experience with FastAPI for API development

- Knowledge of NLP frameworks and techniques

- Hands-on experience with vector databases (Milvus, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)

- Expertise in LLMs, RAG, and embeddings

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Primary Skills :

- Generative AI : RAG pipelines, embeddings, semantic search, LLM inference, fine-tuning

- Prompt Engineering : Context design, optimization, advanced techniques

- AI Agent Frameworks : LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith

- API Development : Scalable, AI-integrated services

Secondary Skills :

- Cloud deployment

- MLOps / LLMOps practices

- Performance and cost optimization

- Data engineering fundamentals

- Good to have : Statistical techniques (Regression, Decision Trees, Clustering, Optimization methods)

Experience Requirements :

- 5 to 7 years of experience in AI/ML/Generative AI

- Delivered 3+ end-to-end AI/GenAI projects

- Built 5+ agent-based applications

- Experience in creating project SoW, solution approaches, estimations, and cost/token management
