We are seeking an innovative and dynamic GenAI Lead to be part of our GenAI organization spearheading Clients Generative AI initiatives. The role will be responsible for leading assigned projects including SOW preparation, design, development, deployment, team leadership and driving innovation while aligning solutions with business objectives.

Must have experience :

- 7 yrs in AI

- 2 yrs in Agentic AI

Locations : Mumbai

- Lead a team of 4-5 developers in delivering GenAI projects/initiatives

- Lead the design and development of advanced Generative AI solutions, including RAG, Agentic AI systems, Agent-to-Agent orchestration, MCP (Multi-Context Processing), model fine-tuning, Text2SQL, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), voice-based solutions, summarization, text-to-image, and text generation.

- Architect and implement scalable GenAI solutions using frameworks and platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker.

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI solution delivery from SOW preparation, design, prototyping, and validation to production deployment and optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases, tailoring AI solutions to specific business and domain requirements.

- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency in production environments.

- Drive continuous research and innovation in emerging GenAI models, frameworks, and tools to enhance solution capability and efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to ethical AI principles, responsible model usage, and compliance with data governance and privacy regulations.

What you will need to have :

Mandatory Experience :

- 7+ years in AI/ML, with 2+ years in Agentic AI projects

- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team of 4+ developers including task breakdown, allocation, tracking, monitoring, reporting and team management.

- Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks such as Amazon Bedrock, Agentcore SageMaker, Hugging Face, LangChain, Lang graph and Strands Agent.

- Strong expertise in NLP, multimodal AI, and computer vision techniques for real-world problem solving.

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating GenAI solutions into enterprise-scale applications.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing and guiding cross-functional AI/ML teams and projects.

- Hands-on proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and associated AI/ML libraries.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices, model deployment, and performance optimization in cloud environments.

- Good written and oral English communication skills

Other Requirements :

- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment is desirable

- Prior experience in a client facing role will be a plus
