Generative AI Engineer - RAG/LLM

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Engineer to join our AI research and development team. This role is at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and practical software development. You will work closely with AI experts, strategists, and external partners to design and build high-impact generative AI solutions, including RAG systems, AI agents, and scalable cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Solution Design & Development :

- Translate advancements in AI into real-world, production-ready applications tailored to diverse industry needs.

- Work on full-stack development of generative AI systems, including backend (Python), frontend (React/Angular/Vue.js), and data pipeline integration.

AI Engineering & Model Optimization :

- Build data ingestion pipelines for structured/unstructured data (including web crawlers and scraping tools).

- Work with transformer models and contribute to deploying and fine-tuning open-source or cloud-based LLMs.

MLOps & DevOps Integration :

- Deploy and maintain LLM applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Apply MLOps practices such as CI/CD, containerization, and model monitoring for scalable deployment.

- Document architecture, pipelines, and evaluation results for reproducibility and transparency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align solutions with business

Objectives :

- Engage in peer reviews, innovation sessions, and continuous learning activities.

- Participate in technology partnership evaluations and joint development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in GenAI or software development roles.

- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Azure AI Foundry.

- Solid understanding of transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and AI agent design.

- Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including frontend tools like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and database systems (SQL).

- Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps practices such as containerization, CI/CD, and automation.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen).

- Hands-on experience with Vision-Language Models (VLM) or open-source small language models (SLMs).

- Experience integrating databases with CRM systems like Affinity, including matching logic and schema design.
