We RapidQube Digital Solutions are urgently looking for a skilled Gen AI Engineer / AI Developer to join a cutting-edge team working on AI-driven solutions in Bangalore.

Role : GenAI Engineer

Location : Bangalore (On-site)

Experience : 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement AI-driven features : Chatbots, Recommendation Engines, Agentic AI, Automation Tools

- Build secure, scalable AI pipelines integrated with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS)

- Hands-on work with AI platforms like Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain ecosystem (LangGraph, LangSmith, LangFuse)

- Apply Machine Learning Algorithms, NLP models, and Gen AI technologies

- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy, Security, and AI Ethics

- Collaborate directly with customers to understand business needs and deliver solutions

- Provide technical mentorship and maintain clear documentation of AI solutions

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Strong coding skills : Python, C#, Node.js

- Expertise in NLP, ML, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision

- Experience with Azure & AWS AI/ML services

- Knowledge of chatbot development and automation frameworks

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with low-code/no-code AI integration tools

- Familiarity with DevOps for AI/ML deployments
