Generative AI Engineer - Python

We are Hiring : PX-Gen AI Engineer

Experience : 8+ Years (5+ in Gen AI)

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with 8-10 years of industry experience in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and production-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fine-tuning and deploying LLMs, building scalable GenAI applications on cloud platforms, and developing intelligent systems using Agentic AI, NLP, and advanced AI frameworks.

Mandatory Skills

- Programming : Python (advanced proficiency)

- Generative AI Frameworks : LangChain, LangGraph, DSPy

- Machine Learning & Deep Learning : PyTorch, NLP (SpaCy, Transformers, Embeddings)

- Cloud Platforms : AWS (preferred), Azure

- Frameworks : Flask, FastAPI (for RESTful API development)

- AI Tools : LLM Evaluation techniques, Prompt Engineering

- Others : Docker, CI/CD pipelines, API development & integration

Key Responsibilities :

- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications.

- Optimize models for efficiency, latency, and scalability.

- Deploy models on AWS Sagemaker, Bedrock, or Azure AI services.

- Architect and implement GenAI-driven applications for enterprise use cases.

- Explore Agentic AI frameworks to build autonomous, task-driven agents.

- Integrate GenAI with search, recommendation, and knowledge retrieval systems.

- Design and build REST APIs using Flask / FastAPI for model serving.

- Ensure robust security, scalability, and monitoring for APIs.

- Integrate LLMs into existing enterprise applications.

Natural Language Processing & Search :

- Develop NLP pipelines including text classification, entity recognition, embeddings, and semantic search.

- Implement vector search solutions using FAISS / Pinecone / Weaviate.

- Build and manage cloud-native AI systems using AWS / Azure AI services.

- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD and production readiness.

- Stay updated with the latest Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI research.

- Conduct experiments and benchmark models using LLM evaluation frameworks.

- Contribute to innovation in AI-driven automation, copilots, and digital assistants.

- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

- Exposure to multi-modal AI (text, image, speech, video).

- Strong understanding of MLOps practices.

- Prior experience in scaling enterprise-grade AI/ML systems.

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects (nice to have).
